19th Century Cleated Tin Candle Sconce
This is a nice example of a 19th century candle sconce - it has a crimped bonnet, 3 raised decorative lines at the base of the bonnet, repeated on both sides and the center of the back. The candle socket is cleated through the square base. 9" tall x 3 3/4" wide x 3 1/4" deep. Found in Massachusetts and dating from the mid 1800s. $10 shipping to the US.
