  • Little wooden painted school house which was used as a collection box for pennies at Sunday school.

    Painted brick chimney is open for children to drop their pennies.

    Door closes with a wire hook and eye - opens for emptying.  There is a balcony above the door with a wire railing.

    The back has a handle.

    A note was found inside that says ".....little country Sunday school to take collection pennies".

    Found in Massachusetts and dating from the early 1900s.
