This horsehair sieve has such a fine woven sieve that it is hard to see through it.

2 tiers of bentwood with a woven string between them.  The sieve is raised and not positioned exactly in the middle. 

Excellent antique condition.

2 1/2" in diameter, 1 3/4" tall - tiny!

Found in upstate New York and dating from the late 1800s to early 1900s.
