This is a beautiful, densely woven Nantucket basket with a wooden bottom.

It is round.  The handle is a swing handle, and is beautifully carved at the rim with a nice design.

Very good condition with a few rim lashes missing.  No holes or broken slats.

7"across, 5 1/2" deep, 9 1/2" to top of handle.
