Our reputation as honest and knowledgable is critical to us. We guarantee everything we sell as described, and we pledge to treat you with courtesy and honesty.
To Purchase An Item
Our shopping cart allows you to purchase an item quickly and easily without having to contact us. Normally, we do not have multiples of any item. The first person to complete the purchase process through the shopping cart, or by phone or email, will own the item.
Placing an item in the shopping cart does not reserve the item unless you have paid for it!
If you do not wish to use the shopping cart, or if you wish to ask for more information, dealer pricing, more photos, etc., please contact me through the contact page or by phone at (203)912-5522. I can reserve the item for you if you commit to purchase it, either via email or phone, assuming no one has bought it through the shopping cart before you commit to buy it.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and personal checks. Please contact us before paying if a shipping quote is needed.
Lay-aways can be arranged on most items, except on discounted or sale items. 1/3 of the total cost is required to secure the item. 1/3 is due in 30 days, and 1/3 is due in 60 days.
Shipping and Insurance
We ship within one business day of payment unless the item requires special handling. All shipments are USPS Priority or First Class USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. We get discounts from UPS and FedEx which we pass on 100% to our customers.
Free shipping, where offered, is to the lower 48 states only.
We no longer ship internationally.
All items are packed securely in clean materials and are insured.
Returns
We know how hard it is to buy something online. We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from us. We will accept returns for any reason, and we will give you a full refund less shipping and insurance costs if the item is returned in the same condition as when it was sold to you. The buyer pays for return shipping.
Dealer Pricing

We are happy to work with licensed dealers on wholesale pricing. We do not offer a set discount to dealers, but price each item individually. NO DEALER PRICING WILL BE GIVEN ON THE DAY OF AN UPDATE. I cannot offer lay-aways on dealer priced items. Dealers must provide a valid resale certificate.
